In a perfect world I would change the learning concepts of how education is managed. I establish a new and effective rules and regulations in the school. I would create more challenging classes for all students. I would expect more of the students in taking advantage of what the school offers. A method I would consider using is having more communication with the students and the teachers and being aware of what is needed in order to make their education better. It would benefit the students if they were given more tests in order for them to be prepared and to be aware of what to expect when taking more difficult tests like the SAT and ACT exams. This would prepare them for college and what's expected in college.

These students also need to know the purpose of why they are in school. School is a place where you will be taught and the students are to do their school work at all times when they are in school. A student can not learn if they are easily distracted and isn't focusing in their classes. If the students don not agree with what the rules and regulations are then they don't deserve to be in the school and shouldn't be wasting there time. Not all people have the advantages of having an education and yet people that do have the advantages and opportunities to make a carrer out of their education just through it all to waste. The purpose of an education is to be successful if you try your hardest and give it your all.

Most schools around the world use a method in which uses standerized testing to measure the standards how to the students learning level. Standards in learning shouldn't be established. Some students don't have the same taking strategies as other students. There's students that may be smart in areas in which other students may not be so good at. There has been cases where students just completly bomb these standerized testing but succesed in other areas.

I am opposed to the S.B 1070 for the reason that it is being unfair to many individuals. The S.B is changing many individuals lifes that live in the United States without any documentation of being legal U.S citizens. This new law is violating the Natural Rights of the people in the United States. The natural rights in the declaration of the United States declares that " all men are created equal ; that they are endowed by their creator with certain inalienable rights; that among these are life; that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness. Yet the S.B 1070 being enforced in the State of Arizona is being violated. How are we the citizens of the United States going to be able to trust the federal government of promising the people that they are treating all individuals equally as how it mentions in the declaration of independence, if they can't even follow the federal laws. How is the nation supposed to trust the federal government if they are the ones breaking the law, how are we so sure that later in the future the government is going to be trustworthy of their word.

The immigrants that migrated to our country came for a purpose and not only for selfishness to keep all the jobs and to invade our country. Most of these immigrants came to the United States and sacrificed many valuable things just to get to the United States. Some of the reasons why the came to this country was for a better life-style, education, success, and to be able to have natural rights just like all americans. Unlike the United States our country is free and liberal prior to other countries where their government is commnist and treat their people unfairly. They came to our country to begin a new life and gain more opportunities, and they work hard in order to make this happen so why aren't we giving them that opportunity. Now the only immigrants being deported back to their homelands are the latinos, yet they aren't the only illegal citizens in the United States. There is racism being performed by just deporting the latino immigrants back to their lands, there shouldn't be racism in this country if this country is based on every individual being equal no matter there status. I do not support the S.B 1070 law because its being corrupt and isn't following the natural rights of the people. I don't consider this law fair.

The S.B. 1070 law that is in process to be passed was designed to deport all illegal immigrants from the United States. This is being performed by stopping and asking for Id's and legal documentation from the people that look suspicious of being migrants. S.B 1070 took place because of the governor of the state of Arizona. They are taking action and are deporting many immigrants within the stare of Arizona back to their countries no matter if they had any relations in the Unites States. Yet, this law is unconstitutional and is violating the human rights of the people. The state is now against the federal government by putting pressure on the president in order to enforce the immigration laws because the federal government has been putting it off to the side. Not only is the state of Arizona trying to get enough voters to pass this law in order to establish this law in their state but other states as well are trying to establish a similar law for their state.

The S.B 1070 is being un-just to the people whom are being harassed with this process that are U.S citizens. Illegal immigrants shouldn't be deported back to their countries for the fact that they get the job done. Most of the jobs being performed in order to supply food on our tables are done by the illegal immigrants. Their the ones doing all the dirty jobs in which most american citizens wouldn't do or wouldn't be able to do. Who will be doing all the farm working, fast food restuarants, and house keeping jobs if it isn't the immigrants? The illegal immigrants have taken part in this nation to make this nation successful. In my opinion I think that these migrants deserve a reform system in their favor of all their hard work thats taken place. Its not fair that only latinos are being detaind and deported to their countries, if their not the only immigrants in our nation. Yet they are the only ones being deportes, its not fair. There's injustice within the nation.

Considering that the S.B 1070 could make a huge difference in our nation the law trying to be passed could be a good idea. This could mean more job opportunities for the U.S citizens. This could also mean less over flowing population in our nation. The state needs to take action now because of the law breaking that the immigrants are performing just trying to cross the border.People are implying that the U.S government are being in-justice and corrupt and this could lead to some talk amongst other states and could make the nation look bad. This new law will make more people feel more safe of where they live and how they live. Our country will make the country more safe and secure and won't let any illegal immigrant trespasss over to american soil. This could begin a new start for the United States!

(Terecita Vega)The war in Afghanistan has made no success from the nine years our country has been fighting. The war took action when the terrorist attacked the World Trade Center and thats when our former President George W. Bush decided to go to war with Afghanistan. The attack that the Talibans preformed nine years ago killed many innocent lifes and without reason. It wasn't right for such rage of madness against the innocent lifes of our people. The reasons why the United States entered war nine years ago has lost its reasons of still being in war. The war we are fighting seems to be getting more difficult to be won as time goes by and yet we don't see any progress. Its time for both countrys and their councils to put an end to this war that hasn't made any success, but has only caused deaths of innocent ones. Both countries need to put their differences aside and start making peace with eachother even if this makes the United States look bad.

When I asked my family members what they thought about the war in Afghanistan they responded" We have lost our pathway to win this war, we have lost the reasons why we are still in war fighting, we need to put a complete stop to all this outrage, and madness". The war our troops have been fighting have been eternal and without any sucess. Only our soliders fighting this war really know how it feels like being in war and how it is out there far away from what they love. They're the ones out in the desserts, towns, villages, streets, alleys fighting but without direction. At first our troops were sent out to war because of the terrorist attack in September 11, 2001 and now it seems like we are fighting against the Talibans for the protection of Afghan people. Our country can not afford to be in war any much longer, this war has put our country in MAJOR DEBT! Yet we are fighting for their people, when we should be using all that money being used in war for our countries benefit to fix our economy. Like I mentioned earlier, "we have forgotten why we are in war". We should've made our point nice and clear for Afghanistan to understand why we are in war, but yet we are not. In the opinion of the people that I interviewed they thought that "its time for the end of this war, neither side will win from what it seems". The United States needs to focus more on making our economy better and making a date for our troops to come back home. The U.S needs to be self-fish for once and not care about what other nations think of our nation. Just because we pull out of this war it doesn't mean we are failures it just means that it was time to come home. The war in Afghanistan needs an END to it.

The my opinion, the most important factor that is the economic issue in the United States is umemployment. Unemployment is linked to the fall of companies in which have had a downfall because of the budget cuts within the state as well as the decline of the GDP growth. The GDP made a significant change in: companies, real estate, manufacturing goods, and stock markets were crashing into the pit hole of debt. With the GDP's mismanagement of money expensesit led to a total economic rumble. Now because of this economic rumble many companies were to be shut down and therefore many people were layed off as well as having people losing their jobs and now more than a quarter of the citizens in the United States are umemployed. You may be questioning yourselves how this occured and when it all started?

The recession in the U.S started apporixmately in the year 2001 and it all started because of the terrorist attack in the World Trade Center in New York city in the year September 11, 2001. Once the terrorist attacked the U.S our former president George W. Bush decided to go to war with Afghanistan in which made a huge impact in our economic status. Having to go to war with Afghanistan the government was unprepared and made unestimated decisions. The government invested the money that was given into the war expenses. Such as overloading the troops with weapons and other fighting resources and using the money unproperly. If the treasure of the state and the president analyzed how the money should have been spent this harsh recession wouldn't be occuring and we wouldn't be having umemployment and being in debt. Therefore, the United States government wasn't being responsible in managing the states budget and now the U.S is still in the recession and we are still fighting the war in Afghanistan.
