October 28, 2010. Will Elections determine if there will be any healthcare?

Do you think that Health Care will be out of sight for a lot of U.S citizens? Why would this election determine anything? Many people depend on health care espicially the elderly people right. Now do you think that if any new person comes in office they will take out the health care benefits? As we know not everyone has health care benefits because it is too expensive for some individuals. In my perspective I think that the reason why health care benefits might be out of sight might be because our economy is too bad that the government can not afford health care benefits for some individuals that have health care. How would every thing be if there wasn't any health care avaiable for no one. I think more individuals in our societies would get more sick and there for everyone in the society or pretty much half of the population will get contaminated with the same sickness or illness and it will be another epidemic of the black death like in the old times. October 26, 2010. Volcano Eruption in Indonesia killing 18 people.

In the arricle I read today was in Indonesia and it was based on a volcano that had erupted and killed 18 people also including a baby. This such volcano was caused by a 7.7 earthquake that happened last week on monday. One of the volcanogist in Indonesia is concerned that this volcano eruption could still erupt. Not only can this volcano erupt once again, the volcanogist beliefs this could be by far the biggest volcano eruption in history. Wow how strong can this volcano be? I think all of this global warming is the main cause for such incidents. Everyone should start off by making a change little by little if they don't want to be experincing even more dangereous changes such as: earthquakes,volcano eruptions, tsunamis, hurricanes, etc. Yes, this is part of the role in nature but not so much of this extent. Not only is it harming the earth but its also harming human beings and our animals that live in this planet. October 25, 2010. Mexican Officials ID 13 people killed in Tijuana drug rehab center.

In the article I read on the CNN News today was that in Tijuana Baja California it had been declared that 13 male individuals were killed in a masacre. What is most likely of whom might have killed these individuals is that it could have been a drug cartel. Drug cartels have been battering down on other drug rehabs in the city of Juarez. In Juarez there has been a case of 2,500 people that have been killed and the killers were the drug cartels. This has gone off hand and it needs to be controlled. Many innocent people are dying and without reason. Ever since the new president of Mexico had set rules concerning the drug cartels this issue has gone insane and its turning everything upside down in Mexico. Well all I know is that the drug cartels are far more powerful than the very president of Mexico. The drug cartels are taking over and conquering. By these actions that the drug cartels are performing its showing how capable they are of killing and destroying who ever tries to stop them. If they are already in power and have killed many individuals in the state of Mexico there is a great chance that the drug cartels next stop is the United States and I'm pretty sure they aren't afraid to also across any borders just to enter the United States in order to make their business work. This drug cartel issue is getting out of hand and is far worst than any other issue occuring. October 20, 2010. Twenty-Year Women Named Police Chief in the Dangerous Borders of Mexico.

According to the Article I read it mentions how a 'Women' has be put the title of Police Chief of the police department in Mexico. An expert in Criminal Justice mentions how this women of twenty years old will not be in control of what is happening in the mexican borders. It is so bad that its too much for her to handle and stop all the violence that is occuring. Not only is she police chief and has to be prepared to be next target for the drug cartels, she is refusing to carry any type of weapons on her for safety. In my perspective I think this is really stupid of her to do. She is risking her life. What is she trying to get across by not carrying any weapons for safty? Well maybe she's trying to get the point across of weapons being a major issue to stop the violence within the borders of Mexico. This will not change anything for the drug cartels it will only get worse and they'll take advantage of her innoscenes and let loose violence. This twenty year old women is even making her police officials go door to door of peoples' homes and talk about the safty and the civic values, principles and how they could prevent crime within their communities. Now how is this going to prevent any crime? I think she's wasting her time having her police officers going door to door and talking about prevention of crime, what she needs to do is get out in the streets of Mexico and the border and come up with better tactics to end drug cartels and murders. October 19, 2010. US will not devalue Dollar.

In the article I read it discussed the way that Geithner was not going to devalue the dollar bill. Other countries are taking advantage of the value of the dollar bill and are making this an advantage for their countries currency. This is gaining way to competitive. In other countries they are maming the dollar bills worth more and now are somewhat being competitive with the other countries. October 12, 2010. Riverside: Mother in baby torture case due in court.

Isn't said that a mother wouldn't ever hurt their own children. Would you ever hurt your own child for any reason given? Well in Riverside, Ca there was a court case in which a mother has tortured her two little daughters one being only 4 months old and the other childs age is unknown. The little baby that was 4 months old when this incident occured was found on the floor with a sock in her mouth. Just imagine how much of a danger this crazy mother could have done to her children espicially to her baby of 4 months. Now why would his mother want to torture his babies? Might she have been high on Nuercotics (drugs)? Not only is this the only case in which Erica Monique Henry is known for doing something against the law. Erica Monique Henry was also charged previosly with shoplifting and her husband has also been charged for cultivation of marijuana. Now I think that this babies should have been taken away from these bad influenced parents and had to be put in foster homes far away from their birth parents, maybe this wouldn't have happened. I think that the government should be more aware of the homes of kids in which go to school beaten or are seen with parents that are not decent enough to care for their children. October 7, 2010. Afghan talks may be Underway, But peace is not at hand.

In the article I read reguarding Afghanistan and peace and the United States trying to make peace with them doesn't seem like its going to happen any time soon. A couple years ago the United States went to war with Afghanistan and yet this war has not ended. The main reason why the U.S. went to war with Afghanistan is because the United States wants the Taliban to cut ties with Al-Qaeda. To what it seems is that the Taliban does not want to cut ties with Al-Qaeda and well this causes conflict with the United States. The United States said that the only exception to create peace with the Taliban is with the exception of the Taliban agreeing to cut its ties with Al-Qaeda. Now why is the United States getting in the business of these other states if the U.S. is only getting itself in deeper conflict and problems. The United States can not afford to keep our troops any longer in Afghanistan and all over the bases in which the U.S is fighting a war. It has been a long while of the United States being in a war in which doesn't consist the United States in general. Not only it has it been a long while that the U.S. troops have been in war to protect another country but the United States can not afford to still be in a war or start a new war. The U.S. is only in debt over billions of dollars. Instead of being in war with Afghanistan the United States should be FOCUSING in fixing our economy in which is going down hill, or even help for a good case. For example, the oil spill. October 6, 2010. Afghans find tons of explosive devices transferred from Iran.

In the article I read today from the CNN news I read about the Afghans found tons of explosive devices that were transferred from their next door neighbors the Iranians. Now how did these explosive devices get transferred to their country and through who? Why would there be 19 tons of explosive devices in the country of Afghanistan if the Iranians do not get along with each other. Do you think they made agreements with each other and now are getting along just for the benefit of explosives and war devices? It was mentioned that the explosives were being vtransferred from country to country through a bridge from Iran to Afghanistan. The U.S. Defense Department official mentioned that the new U.S. military intellegence suggested that Iran had planned to smuggle in the explosives into Afghanistan as part of the increased effort to interfere with coalition operations. Hmmmm doesn't that make you wonder? Its rare that now all of a sudden they decide to be in peace with each other and are now sharing explosives. October 5, 2010. Schools?

What is a Charter School? Many people might not have an idea what a Charter school is, but a Charte school might be considered a better school with higher standards prior to a public school. But how is it any different from a public school you may be asking yourself. A charter school focuses more on their students and relate and communicate with their students more in depth than in a public school. Public schools do not have the advantage of being connected with their students. For example in the video I watched in class today it was mentioned that in this charter school the students have the ability of contacting their teachers by phone and asking them any classwork or homework related questions. Unlike in public schools students do not have that advantage and can not contact their teachers in the afternnon to ask on the subject they did not understand. Charter teachers seem to be far more dedicated to their students opposed to public schools. Most teachers in public schools don't even care about their students education and don't even bother to ask if any of their students need help in the subject. How are students supposed to be succesful with such low standards of the public schools. In charter schools they expect more of the students and teachers. Most Charter schools teach what is requested from the parents and students, this way the students are learning about what they like and aren't so bored and overwhelmed with classes they are not interested in. Maybe public schools should consider this, and not ignore the fact that students should also have the say of what they want to learn. And to break it all off charter schools have a much more graduating rate than in public schools. So where would you like to go, charter school or a simple public school?

October 4, 2010. In a wierd world, children unable to escape cyber bullying.

Bullying in schools and outside of school is very common. What are the reasons for a child to get bullied on and treated differently from everyone else. Most peole do not have an idea of how this bullying affects the child emotionally and physically. Some individuals might bully others but just to look good and like a big bad ass in front of his/ her friends, and to act like their funny. How would you like to be the one being bullied on everyday and then come home and still be bullied by others in the internet? Its horrible to be the victim of these kids. In the article I read on CNN news it was said that there are kids in which are bullied in school and outside of school and even on the internet. These kids are meant to be the most bullied kids in an everyday bases. Kids that have been bullied can make drastic decisions to kill themselves or hurt themselves. In fact there has been cases where kids that are bullied on have killed themselves. What would you do if you were to witness a situation where there's a kid being bullied on. What you should do is that action and tell of the buly and make them feel like trash.
